The
journey
for
Hamilton
Erridge
began in
2002
when he
lost
over 100
pounds.
While
losing
the
weight
was
certainly
not
easy,
after
reaching
his goal
weight,
he found
himself
struggling
to find
a source
for
understanding
the
challenges
he was
trying
to
overcome.
Feeling
alone
and
hoping
to find
others
that
felt the
same, he
started
a free
discussion
forum
and
began
the
process
of
focusing
on his
own
issues.
For the
next
three
years,
Erridge
continued
to focus
on his
own
issues
by
working
with
behaviorists,
nutritionists
and
openly
discussing
the
issues
with
literally
thousands
of
people
facing
the same
issues
and
seeking
weight
loss
advice
and
support.

his experience, Erridge
came to a realization
that while many
different roads exist
for losing weight,
providing people with a
process for overcoming
personal eating- and
food-issues was critical
for achieving long-term
weight-loss success.
In 2004, having created
a comprehensive process
for allowing people to
work through their own
issues, develop new
behaviors, and
ultimately learn to keep
the weight off, Erridge
began laying the
infrastructure for what
would soon become the
New Lifestyle Diet. With
this strong foundation,
New Lifestyle Diet
officially opened its
doors on January 1, 2005
and has been
successfully changing
lives ever since. In
fact, New Lifestyle Diet
has gone on to help
thousands of people
throughout the United
States, Canada,
Australia, United
Kingdom, and Ireland.
In April of 2007,
Erridge published his
book: “Creating Your New
Lifestyle.” By staying
true to his core
principles, Erridge
wrote his book with one
simple goal in mind - to
allow anyone, on any
diet, the opportunity to
gain control, create new
skills and behaviors,
and learn to not only
lose the weight, but
keep it off for the rest
of their lives.
Hamilton Erridge
lives in San Ramon,
California with his wife
and two kids and spends
the majority of his time
writing, interacting
with clients, and
assisting people with
developing new
behaviors. |
